Phase 3 (2004-2009) End-of-Term Report & Phase 4 (2010-2015) Strategic Plan

The Phase 3 End-of-Term Report was published in conjunction with the Strategic Plan for Phase 4 (2010-2015) in October 2009.

The Phase 4 Strategic Plan was further updated with an amendment published in March 2010 to include several new activities which had evolved since the initial document was written. The reports were submitted to the IEA Renewable Energy Working Party (REWP) in March 2010, as part of the process for extending the Implementing Agreement for another 5-year term. Extension into the 4th Phase was approved.



Phase 3 Strategic Plan (2005 - 2009)

Titled "Strategies for Meeting the Challenges to Hydropower in the 21st century: A strategic approach to the direction of hydropower and the Implementing Agreement - Phase 3", the Hydropower IA Strategic Plan for Phase 3 (2005-2009), which covers the current 5-year term of operation, was submitted to the IEA Renewable Energy Working Party (REWP) in August 2004, as part of the process for extending the Implementing Agreement for another 5-year term.
