Description
A 0.5-9 kW micro hydropower generation system employing the flow and head available in cooling water piping used with air conditioning in buildings and factories etc. Highly efficient recovery of energy is possible by controlling the speed of the water turbine to an optimum value for the effective head. The use of an integrated generator and inline water turbine able to be installed in piping ensures a compact system.
