Description
A unitary 30kW power generation system comprising a water turbine, generator and control system packaged in a single unit for installation in existing agricultural water channels with low head, and designed to minimize associated construction costs.
Features & Advantages
- Designed solely for installation in channels without bypasses, thus permitting operation without restriction of flow.
- Multiple units may be installed in the same channel as a cascade and using the same head.
- The water turbine-generator may be removed or installed without interruption of flow.
- Since only the generator unit assembled in factory is installed in the agricultural water channel, associated construction costs may be reduced.
